       Yogurt

       1 ½ cup non-fat plain yogurt                                                                                       1. In a bowl, mix honey, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon until well combined.

       2 tbsp honey                              2. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper in a rectangular
                                                 shape.
       ¼ tsp vanilla extract
                                                 3. Scatter the berries and strawberries on top.
       5 slices strawberries
                                                 4. Freeze it until the yogurt is firm, and then break it down into 6 pieces.
