       1 cup rolled oats                      1.Add the oats to a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse a few times
                                              to break them down.
       1 cup tightly packed, soft pitted dates
                                              2: Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it forms a thick, sticky dough. If it’s
       3/4 cup (approx. 1 medium carrot)      not sticking together, add 1 tablespoon of warm water and process again.
