Energy Bites

Ingredients Steps
1 cup of dates 1. Place dates in a medium bowl and cover with warm water. Let soak
for 5 minutes to soften, then drain.
¼ cup raw almonds
2. Add the drained dates and all remaining ingredients to a food
¼ cup raw walnuts processor and pulse until the mixture has the consistency of sand.
(Depending on your food processor, this could take several minutes, so
¼ cup cocoa powder don't worry if it doesn't happen quickly)
1 tsp vanilla 3. Remove the blade from the unit. To form 15 balls, press the mixture
into small balls with a scoop, then roll in between your palms to form
