       Bars

       Ingredients                               Steps




       3 cups shredded coconut                1. Line a 20 x 20 cm pan with parchment paper and set aside.

       1/3 cup coconut oil                    2. In a large mixing bowl, add your shredded unsweetened coconut, melted
                                              coconut oil, and honey; mix until a thick batter remains. If it is too crumbly, add a
       3 tbsp honey                           little extra syrup or a tiny bit of water.


        ½ cup dark chocolate                  3. Pour the coconut crack bar mixture into the lined pan. Lightly wet your hands
                                              and press firmly into place. Refrigerate or freeze until firm. Cut into bars.


                                              4. Remove the bars from the fridge and dip into the melted chocolate.

                                              5. Set aside on a drying rack


                                              6. Pop the bars back into the fridge to set.


                                              7. Once set, enjoy!

                                              Note**
                                              Double dip your bar so all the surfaces are properly covered.
                                              Bars can be stored at room temperature (covered) for up to 7 months. Refrigerated for
