Almond Joy

Ingredients Steps
1. Place the almonds in a food processor until broken down into crumbs.
For the crust:
2. Add the dates, until the dates become crumbly.
1 cup of pitted dates
1 tbsp water 3. Transfer the mixture to a pot, boil it, and then add water.
½ cup almond butter
4. Then, using your hands, try to mix them well.
For the Filling:
5. Press evenly in the pan on parchment paper and freeze while making the

1 cup peanut butter 6. With a hand mixer, beat the yogurt and honey together.
1/3 cup melted dark chocolate
¼ tsp coconut oil 7. Gently spread the coconut layer over the crust and freeze for 1 hour.

your yogurt layer.
9. Cut it into 15 bars and freeze for 3 hours. Dip each bar in melted chocolate,
and freeze again.
