I know how you feel! While I was in high school, around 16 years old, my journey with obsessive compulsive disorder started, and my medications caused me to gain 11 kilos and start feeling less secure with my body. It’s not always about the number of kilos you gain, it’s about the insecurity you feel every time you look in the mirror. This has been my goal since then. This is when I said I have to lose this weight, get back to the body I feel comfortable with, study nutrition and help people achieve their body goals.

So this is me. I studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Lebanese American University, graduated in 2016, and started B BFREE BY SERENA.

And after helping more than 1000 people now, it would be a pleasure to help you learn how to be your own dietitian and reach your dream body.

Remember nothing is impossible and You can do it!

I know how you feel! So you will not need any diet paper to follow and I will be in full contact with you on a daily basis.

+you will receive  a home workout video that will help you in loosing weight
